Return & Exchange Policy

At The Fabrica Store, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Underwear, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons).

    • Items marked as final sale or non-refundable.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Items can be exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchange Options: You can exchange your item for a different size or colour, subject to availability.

  • Process: If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.


How to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support at support@thefabricastore.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Package Your Items: Securely pack the item(s) and include the return slip.

  3. Ship the Item: Send your return to our UK warehouse

  4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once received, we will process your request within 7-10 business days.

  5. We recommend using a tracked service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost items.

  6. If you received a gift, you may return it for a store credit.

  7. Customers outside the UK may experience longer return processing times.
