Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Ship the Item: Send your return to our UK warehouse
Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once received, we will process your request within 7-10 business days.
We recommend using a tracked service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost items.
If you received a gift, you may return it for a store credit.
Customers outside the UK may experience longer return processing times.
